Here are some of our favourite places to spend time

Seal Rocks is a secluded gem celebrated for its iconic lighthouse and pristine beaches. Nestled in to Myall Lakes National Park, this coastal haven invites visitors all year round with unspoiled beaches, surf breaks, bountiful fishing, excellent snorkelling and bushwalks.

Surrounded by a lush littoral forest and separated from the sea by Sandbar Beach, Smiths Lake is a family favourite for those wanting to enjoy waterskiing, fishing, kayaking, boating, stand up paddle boarding or windsurfing. It also has some great picnic spots.

Pacific Palms may be better known by the name of its popular beaches – Blueys Beach, Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach. Its not uncommon to share the waves here with dolphins and they’re all popular for their surfing, swimming and pristine water.

Shops

Bungwahl Store is about 5 mins drive. Smiths Lake butcher, bakery and supermarket is 10 mins drive. Blueys Beach liquor, supermarket, liquor, butcher and bakery is 15-20 minutes.

Swimming

Neranie on Myall Lakes is about 6 minutes away. Seal Rocks beaches are about 10 minutes drive away and Elizabeth, Boomerang & Blueys Beach are around 15-20 minutes drive.

Cafes & Eateries

Closest coffee is Single Fin Coffee at Seal Rocks or Good Food Store & Frothy Coffee Boat Shed at Smiths Lake. Single Fin provides takeaway food whereas you can eat in at the others.

Walks

With three national parks within a 20 min drive, there are plenty of walks to choose from. Our favourites are the walk to Whoota Whoota lookout in Wallingat and the walk up to Seal Rocks lighthouse.
